At Euplorea, we are committed to delivering your premium handcrafted interior furnishings safely, securely, and in a timely manner. We coordinate closely with specialized freight networks to manage the logistics of high-ticket furniture items directly to your home.

Shipping Rate

We provide standard freight distribution across our service regions. The shipping fee for your order is calculated transparently based on weight and structural volume, and it will be fully displayed on the checkout page before your payment authorization.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (all 50 US states). We do not provide international shipping solutions, and we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the physical size of our freight cargo bundles.

Processing Time

We begin preparing, inspecting, and securing your order within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is cleared. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (GMT-5) on a business day are initiated for warehouse sorting that same day. Orders received on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or during observed federal holidays will be processed on the next immediate business day. Once your items are securely packed and loaded onto our transit lines, a confirmation email with a secure tracking link will be sent to your inbox.

Transit Time

Once shipped, freight cargo typically arrives at your designated shipping destination within 5 to 8 business days, depending on your physical location within the US.

Please note that delivery timelines might slightly vary during peak national shipping seasons or unexpected transit events that are beyond our direct control.

Large Item Freight and Delivery Logistics

Our premium solid wood furniture items are delivered in heavy-duty protective packaging. Someone must be physically present at the shipping destination to receive, sign for, and authenticate the freight delivery. Due to structural size constraints, standard delivery lines bring cargo items to the ground floor or curbside access only; transit personnel do not carry items upstairs or perform custom home assembly.

Order Tracking

You will receive a functional tracking number via your registered email as soon as your furniture package departs our logistics center. If you have not received your tracking link within 3 business days of completing your order verification, please reach out to our helpdesk instantly at info@euplorea.com.

Damaged in Transit

Luxury items require extreme protection. If your furniture parcel arrives with external damage, please take immediate high-resolution photographs of the outer boxes and the structural contents. Contact our resolution desk at info@euplorea.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can coordinate a complimentary replacement setup or a full refund sequence at no extra cost to you.

Address Accuracy

Please review and verify your exact shipping credentials before completing your purchase checkout. Euplorea cannot be held liable for delivery failures, custom route modifications, or lost packages caused by inaccurate or outdated address details submitted by the customer. Any redirection fees charged by the carrier will be the customer’s responsibility.
