At Euplorea, we stand behind the premium craftsmanship and uncompromising quality of our handcrafted luxury furniture. We want you to be completely satisfied with your design investment. If a purchase does not perfectly anchor your contemporary space, we are here to make it right through a transparent and seamless return framework.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of the documented delivery date. To be eligible for a successful return evaluation, your furniture items must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Be in their original, unused condition and free from any signs of wear, modifications, or alteration.
  • Be entirely free from damage caused by customer misuse or improper home assembly.
  • Include all original structural parts, panels, hardware packets, and factory packaging materials.
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (such as your original euplorea.com order number or digital receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our custom production standards, the following specific items are not eligible for return or refund requests:

  • Custom-made, bespoke, or heavily personalized timber and wood furniture orders.
  • Replacement hardware parts or custom glass tabletop components that have already been installed or modified.
  • Items explicitly marked as final sale or part of a clearance clearance collection.

Return Method

All authorized product returns are processed strictly via secure mail/freight courier. We do not support physical in-store drop-offs or in-person customer returns at our headquarters at this time.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an official email to our support center at info@euplorea.com, stating your exact order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our resolution team will review your submission within 1–2 business days and reply with comprehensive return logistics instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the furniture item securely inside its original structural packaging to avoid any transit damages.
  4. Ship the package utilizing a trackable shipping/freight method and securely retain your active tracking receipt.
  5. Once our facility receives and validates the item’s condition, your refund sequence will be processed within 10 business days.

Return Label

Euplorea does not provide prepaid return labels for standard requests. The financial responsibility and arrangement of return shipping logistics rest solely with the customer, unless the item arrived structurally damaged, defective, or a logistics error occurred on our behalf—in which case we will supply a prepaid freight label at zero cost to you.

Restocking Fee

We believe in honest and transparent luxury commerce. We do not charge any restocking fees on standard returns that fully comply with our eligibility criteria.

Refunds

Once our craftsmen receive and inspect the structural state of your returned furniture item, we will process your refund balance within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, etc.). Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for your banking institution to officially post the credit sequence to your financial statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for online purchases at this time due to the custom nature of our inventory. If you require a different design, size, or wood finish, please initiate a return for your original item and independently place a new order for the desired piece through our storefront.

Damaged or Defective Items

Luxury furniture requires maximum transit security. If your piece arrives with structural damage or manufacturing flaws, please contact our support desk within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Your official order number.
  • Clear, high-resolution photos of the outer packaging damage and the product defect.
  • A brief, descriptive summary of the logistics issue.

Upon verification, we will promptly arrange a **complimentary replacement or a full refund** at no extra cost to you.
