1. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable design and product costs. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for your order will be the finalized price displayed at the exact time of checkout.

2. Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email summarizing your purchase details, including individual item(s), quantity, and the total amount charged. Please review this digital receipt carefully and contact our helpdesk immediately if there are any discrepancies.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

5. Charges

Your selected payment method will be charged in full at the time your order is officially placed and confirmed. You will receive an automated payment receipt via email once the financial charge is successfully processed by our payment network.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your physical shipping destination and current state tax regulations. Tax amounts are determined automatically by the system and may vary depending on your specific state location.

7. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees for our heavy-duty handcrafted furniture are calculated transparently at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination. 8. Order Cancellations

Because we initiate warehouse prep quickly, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or handed over to our freight carrier. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@euplorea.com with your official order number. Once an order has been dispatched into transit, it cannot be cancelled and must proceed through our standard return sequence.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of product verification at our facility. Please refer to our comprehensive Return & Refund Policy for full tracking and return parameters.

10. Disputed Charges

If you believe an incorrect charge has occurred on your account, please contact our support office at info@euplorea.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your banking institution. We are committed to resolving billing queries promptly and fairly. Initiating a formal bank dispute without first contacting us may result in severe resolution delays.

11. Changes to Billing Terms

Euplorea reserves the right to update these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted instantly on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our online store constitutes your absolute acceptance of the updated terms.
