Because we initiate warehouse prep and coordination with our freight carriers quickly, orders may only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the freight carrier, it cannot be cancelled or modified and must proceed through our standard return sequence.

Yes. As soon as your payment is successfully verified and authorized, our platform will automatically send a comprehensive order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will contain your unique order number, an itemized breakdown of your premium furniture purchase, and your complete digital invoice.

Shipping & Freight Logistics

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees for our heavy-duty, luxury furniture items are calculated transparently on the checkout page. These rates are determined automatically based on total package weight, structural volume, and your specific delivery zip code. The final shipping total will be fully displayed for your review before you authorize your payment.

How long does delivery take?

Our premium furniture logistics operate under a structured timeline to guarantee safe transit:

  • Handling & Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). During this time, your items undergo quality inspections and heavy-duty packaging.
  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday – Friday) in transit across our standard delivery routes.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–11 business days from the moment your order is verified.

Do you ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes?

At this time, we ship exclusively to physical residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States. Due to the large dimensions, weight, and specialized freight handling required for luxury furniture, we cannot deliver to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.

How do I track the transit status of my order?

Once your furniture pieces have cleared inspection and leave our dispatch facility, we will send a shipping confirmation email directly to your inbox. This email will include a live tracking number and a direct link to the freight carrier’s portal, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s journey in real time.

What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

We apply industrial-grade protective packaging to secure our solid wood products. However, if a carrier mishandles your shipment and it arrives damaged, please document it immediately. Take clear, high-resolution photos of the external box damage and the affected furniture pieces, and contact us at info@euplorea.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement or process a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We honor a 30-day return policy starting from the documented date of delivery. To qualify for a return and full refund, all furniture pieces must be in their original, unused, and unassembled condition, free from user modification or damage, and complete with all original factory packaging, hardware kits, and manuals.

How do I initiate a formal return?

To start a return, please email our support desk at info@euplorea.com with your original purchase details and the specific reason for the return. Our quality control department will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with detailed instructions and the precise warehouse return shipping address.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned items arrive back at our facility, our technicians will inspect them to verify their original condition. This inspection process takes 5–7 business days. Once approved, a full refund will be automatically authorized and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it typically takes an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your official bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Do you offer product exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchange sequences for online orders. If you prefer a different wood finish, size, or alternative furniture model, please follow our standard return process for a refund on your original purchase, and independently place a new order for the desired item through our online storefront.

Are the colors and wood grains exactly identical to the storefront pictures?

Because our luxury furniture pieces are masterfully handcrafted using genuine solid timber and natural wood materials, slight variations in organic grain patterns, natural textures, and wood coloring are entirely normal and expected. These organic characteristics are celebrated as unique marks of true craftsmanship and premium authenticity. Furthermore, actual product colors may appear slightly different due to individual monitor settings and home lighting environments.

How should I clean and maintain my Euplorea Solid Wood Furniture?

To preserve the premium finish and longevity of your luxury furniture, we recommend wiping the surfaces regularly with a clean, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical solvents, commercial abrasives, or furniture polishes that contain silicone. Keep your solid wood products away from standing water, excessive moisture, and direct prolonged sunlight to prevent natural warping or fading.
